Battery charging without removing side panel

Lazy I know but Menno’s exquisite sidepanel will not come off with the normal amount of force.  Probably down to the new rubbers.

I can’t reach the positive terminal to charge the battery.

Where else could I connect it that’s accessible in a crowded garage.

Can you get the other panel off?

Try one of the leads on the starter solenoid

Red terminal at ignition switch Steve

Anything on the right hand side as the bike is up against the wall.

Turn jgnition on with kill switch off and connect to black wire at rear brakelight switch
