The Akrapovic can for my Tiger 800 was £600. No idea what a complete system would cost.

A full Akra system for my Tuono V4 is about £2 grand.
Now where did I put that 10mm socket?

Having had two Hondas who’s exhausts have been NLA for years, HM300 s and CL450 systems have been on my eBay watch list forever.

I never cease to be amazed when battered and rusty systems, that if they were on my bike I couldn’t wait to get off and throw in the skip, are put up for sale at daft money. If you were trying to do a top class restoration you wouldn’t give them shed room, if you weren’t that bothered then you’d want them cheap.

I often think that if they haven’t come off a breaker, then they’re the exhausts that someone else didn’t want to be seen on their bike, so they have found a better set.
