Now in A&E

Sat here in A&E
Not wanting to go into too much detail, but ''The Dyson Ball Cleaner'' is a very misleading product name. :'(

I used to work with a bloke who’s mum worked in A&E.
They did have a guy come in once with a hoover attachment attached somewhere sensitive.
His story was he was hoovering the stairs naked and he fell down them.  ;)

You would be very surprised how common it is for people to 'just fall on things' that end up either in or on sensitive places.
As Julie could probably testify to.
Oh my, the stories I could tell. 😳🙈😳🙈

Oh yes. In my younger days working as a Staff Nurse in A&E, I can recall so many 'items' I had to remove or retrieve from certain parts of the anatomy. I could write a book on the items retrieved and the excuses people gave for them being there in the first place 😆😆😆😆

Can't do that Paul, patient confidentiality and all that. But, I have often thought over the years if my ongoing attraction with thick rubber gloves and red rubber grease was formed back in those early days of my Nursing career🤣🤣🤣🤣

I used to work with a guy whose wife was a radiographer.  He was telling me about some of the X-ray pics that she bought home.
One showed the pelvis with a brown sauce bottle in between. Some guy had inserted it into his rectum too far and wouldn't come out.
Another pic showed a woman's pelvis with a fish In between. The lady had bought a fish from the fishmongers and decided to have a bit of fun with it.  The fish scales, acting like a diode, allowed the fish to enter her fun zone but not exit.  After the fish was extricated it was wrapped up and returned to her, presumably the fisher-than-ever fish was cooked up for tea.
Where's that 10mm socket got to?
