Never heard of them until you mentioned them. That's because they are for the modern Honda CB-1, not the CB400 four SOHC. A bit expensive just for a muffler.

Hi nurse Julie , the picture they show is defo a cb400 ( 75-77 type sohc ) four fitted with one of their exhausts, they also show the parts components diagram too , wish I could figure out how to attach the screenshot I’ve taken to this post, it’s €449 for the whole system exlcluding x4 sealing rings .Must admit it wasn’t a company I’d heard of , just come across it while researching exhaust manufacturers for a replacement system, I currently have a motad fitted but have noticed small hole underneath silencer , shame as front pipes are very good.

Ah, OK, I just saw them on David Silver Spares but only for the CB-1 and the CB 500 twin. I think you have to have 5 posts to attach a photo.

Not for a 400 but I replaced the silencer on my CB750F1 with what I think was a BSM silencer from Dave Silvers Spares, it fitted well but it was very quiet but it soon perked up after I had drilled 4 holes in the end plate.

Cheers

Dennis
