hi everyone and sorry for my troubled english.
I have a yellow CB400F, i bought from a collegue in 2013. i have to say that this Honda  has neve goes well.
now i'm trying again to start the project (yes, my project is to have just a little ride).
ok.  I cleaned carburator, adjusted the contact but, when i try to balance the carbs, i have the fourth stuck instrument as in this video.

The carbs component they are all original, i changed the oring only. which are the cause i can check to resolve this issue??

You need to check the rubber manifolds to head and somewhere there is my write up on bench syncing carbs
