Where are these D washers from?

Just refitting the brake caliper adjuster spring and found two D washers in the same bag, it seems there's a 6mm plain washer missing but wondered where these D washers are from?

Could be calliper spacers, but look like the washers from the triple tee clamp

I see you are from the North East, spent several years in Southshields where they put a zebra crossing about 5 yards from every roundabout exit.

Why is it called a triple tree?
The Triple Tree was the name referred to the typical structure of Tyburn gallows, composed by a beam placed across the branches of two trees. Nearly there, but to me in my best Neder lingo it's the 'bovenste  kroonplaat'.............or top triple clamp if you like?
