Rear wheel compatibility 500

What wider wheels (spoked) fit a K1 500? Thinking of a little cafe racer mod. Tweaking my bike whilst retaining all the OEM parts and making no permanent alterations.

Sounds fair, could anyone point me towards a rim? Mine’s solid but scabby, makes sense.
