hello everyone, I have a Honda Cb 500 four k from 1977 stopped for some years, after cleaning the carburetors I tried to turn it on and it turns on perfectly ... after a few seconds, however, the bike increases in rpm by itself up to 4/5 thousand and then return to normal. can someone help me? thank you
