Lead Replacement Additive

What do you chaps use as a fuel additive lead replacement.
I've been using Castrol Valvemaster, but was wondering if there was a more convenient product?

No SOHC4 Honda requires additives. They were originally designed to run on unleaded fuel.

Well that's a relief, I was finding it a bit of a bind tipping that stuff in at the pumps  ::)
