Legend
« on: October 15, 2020, 08:45:12 AM »
Hi,
Has anyone had stuff from Legend Motorcycles on eBay?
They have shock absorbers, handlebar switches and brake hoses that I was looking at but wondered about quality etc.

Cheers,
Andy

The brake hoses are good quality and look original.  Recommended
Where's that 10mm socket got to?

His shocks and the switches are just the aftermarket cheap type but, brake lines are good  ;)

Thanks Trigger,
I'm trying to get shocks that look reasonably original - do you know if the DSS ones are better than the Legend ones?

Cheers,
Andy

The shocks I got from DSS seem just fine to me.
I brake for animals!

We use TEC shocks on all our SOHC/4's.
Here are the 400 four ones.

Ditto Tec Shocks AndyD - didn't realise how knackered mine were until I put these on, swift delivery too and fair price I thought>

Sorry,
Another question (or 2) ref Legend.
Looking for a new front caliper and DSS and Wemoto both out of stock so I wondered if anyone had tried the Legend one or knew if it was the same etc?
They also show a master cylinder which I was considering but it's a lot more expensive than the DSS or Wemoto one so wasn't sure if it was a better quality or just pricier.

Cheers again,
Andy
