BATTERY TERMINALS
« on: November 02, 2020, 08:30:37 PM »
Could any please shed some light on where it is possible to get the the original type & shape & open ends battery terminals. I can find angled closed end terminals on AES, The terminal I am trying to find are the shaped ones that come off the battery which are sort of shaped to fit around the frame and direct the battery lead off in a nice direction to suit battery and direction of the lead.

These are the original ones Nigel. Graham un solders them from the old cables and solders them back on the new cables.

You can cut some out of brass if you're stuck.
Where's that 10mm socket got to?

You will not be able to do it with a 65w iron. You need a blow touch  ;)
