Front Brake Caliper Bracket
« on: November 22, 2020, 01:24:07 PM »
Hi,  me again!

I thought I would clean the front brake caliper bracket up. I cant take it apart. I don't think its threaded or is it. Is there a trick to parting the two pieces?

thanks in advance

Hold the bottom bit in the vice, heat the top bit and turn it. The O rings will need replacing. Before you take it apart, make sure there is no up and down movement in the arm.

thanks nurse Julie, I'll give it go. I didn't want to force it earlier.
