Shout out for Great Service

Just wanted to recommend the excellent service I have received from Tec Bike Parts - https://www.tecbikeparts.com/ - I bought a set of 500k back replica shocks in October but didn't fit them until testerday as I was waiting for forks back from Philpotts. When I fitted the shocks, the stand wouldn't lift the back wheel of the floor (it was fine before strip down so not a bent stand issue).
Long story short, Tec had sent shocks for 750k (335mm) which are 15mm longer. put old scrap shocks on and sorted problem (despite no weight of engine that would have pushed front end down and back up).
Emailed them (as voicemail on their phone) and got a phone call witin 10 mins saying that as they where finishing for Christmas at 12.00 (only an hour after) they would send a set out and told me to post the others back after the Christmas break. Got an email 15 mins later from DPD saying they will be delivered tomorrow!
Rare these days to get excellent 'personal' service.

They are good  Phil. I buy shocks from Matthew at TEC regularly for our old Hondas and their service is fantastic. TEC even used my 400/4 with their shocks fitted for their advertising campaign last year, I felt quite chuffed that my Hettie was worthy enough to be used by them 😊😊😊😊
