Powder coat and paint
« on: March 13, 2021, 02:34:15 PM »
Just taken delivery of my frame, swing arm, stands, battery box and fork bottoms from Triple S of Bailden. 7 day turnaround and no issues whatsoever.

Absolutely resplendent in satin black. Fork bottoms in brushed satin silver looking like straight out of the factory.

Triple S are bike specialists, but also do other work. I’m really pleased with my items...try them

Photos to follow after the Rugby.

Use washers under every nut and make sure that the washer has it's sharp edge facing away from the paint or powder coat. This helps prevent damage to the coating.

I was given this advice by my powder coaters.

The satin finish looks really good, makes a nice change from super shiny.

Nice looking frame there - painted forks surprised me but they do look neat & practical.

Out of the chaos and confusion emerges something resembling the makings of a motorcycle. ::)
