Baking!
« on: April 21, 2021, 09:11:21 AM »
I was never into baking in a big way or even in a small way but needs must with this small step forward with the 750. Rough set up but worked for me.

Nice adaptation to the problem.

All I have out of my oven this morning was a tray of flap Jack  ;D

Yes I wish I could say it was all my idea but! My thermometer went as high as 220c then just said Hi, so when that happened I lowered the heat setting on heat gun which soon reduced the temp. Went down to 210 then upped the heat again. So a little bit of monitoring for the 1 1/2 hours. Nothing wrong with flap jacks! Better smell from your oven than mine.😂 at least mine was in the garage. Oven in the kitchen was too small!😂😂😂
