I wouldn't worry about the numbers as it's very different to original layout anyway.

All the components seem to be there, a rechrome and finish grind at Philpotts would get the forks on track fine.

The numbers help you find the correct parts  ;) I've convinced him to sell it as it is... it needs a complete overhaul.
