I've just noticed something really weird, the reg number on the original photos is ***84J, the number plate on the floor of the garage on the sellers photos is ***48J 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔 So it can't be the same bike.

Derek also had a shop in Grimsby an old work colleague of mine used to work for him Dereks daughter Rachel works in Robspeeds

The danger with jumping to conclusions. I remember jojo posted that it was an early KO and s/n 1035xxx just after the listing finished.
