Can I fit my rear outer mudguard then the wheels or do you have to fit the wheel first - I have a removable base  panel on my bike ramp?

Thanks Bryan - It's 50 odd years since I changed a tyre myself - then it was the front tyre on my Triumph 21 (Bathtub) - the lower front mudguard stay folded down to act as a support whilst you removed the wheel!
