Thats nice Julie :)

I have one of those, it's a red one  :)

I haven't seen it for about 5 years, it's up at a mates place in Scotland stashed away in a sea container. I took it apart to give it a much needed rebuild and to get the frame re-plated but since then life (and several other rebuilds) have got in the way! The bike was one of two built by S&S performance and has their very loud 4-1 exhaust on it. The engine was bored out to 860cc by S&S but at some point blew up and was changed to a standard K6 unit by a PO. The sister bike was tested by MCN in 1976 at 136mph :o I will try and photocopy the article if I can and post it here.

I must go and get the bike back, I feel another project coming on ::)
