Yes, it is stamped in. See pics. We think it is safe to assume the 627B, 649A, 022A, 087A and 069A carbs are identical and only differ in jetting.

Phil if the bike was from somewhere in the states with thin air, like Denver for instance, the needle clips could have changed to accommodate this, always worthwhile checking.
Just re-assembled the carbs with all new Keyster parts - starts and ticks over fine but havn't had time to road test yet to see if hesitency cured (although starts much better).But! I seem to have misplaced one of the zinc plated circular blank off the carb body (at top of carb). Probably find it in corner of garage in a few years!Has anybody got a scrap carb that they could take one off and sell me? Carb is 627B Type
