Cam Horse Shoe Missing Screw
« on: January 22, 2022, 11:50:30 AM »
I've mislaid one of the screws for attaching the cam chain horse shoe. I see they drilled through, can i get away with just an ordinary bolt? Also, do you loctite them in?

I think they are high tensile steel. I Loctited mine, you don't want them coming loose in there!

Dont remember them being drilled, think they are a shouldered high tensile bolt like the ones holding cam sprocket to cam. Perhaps sombody previous drilled them to use locking wire
