CB450K engine cylinder head cover

those two engine covers, what is correct......paint or polish?

A dull polish on the side cam covers usually, but not a mirror finish like that one. The front and back covers should be painted.

That's one nice bike. As it's a later bike, as in not a bomber, I think the covers may also have been a dull polish but not totally sure.

Yes, HONDA might have changed that on later models.

I´d say, front has been dull polished and clear coated, rear one been painted silver
