Hi Oldboy,
I have had great success with Barnwell (www.barnwell.co.uk) a family firm who have gone the extra mile for me.  Contact Dan Ratcliffe (no, not that one!) and discuss your requirements.  They made seals for my Lake and Elliot trolley jack and I still get feedback from others who have refurbished their own obsolete jacks using Barnwell.  Very fast turn around and not expensive either.
