Thanks Alan.
Yep all the succeeded part numbers have the 175 bit missing.

The superseded metal badges are from the JDM CB259K0 and Honda must have decided to sell these to replace the plastic badges as replacements on  the earlier models that had plastic emblems with the model size on them.

Aye,

It's a bit of a challenge finding stuff for more obscure models but worth it in the end I believe.
I did wonder about the tyre size after posting that comment, it's easy to assume all those tyre sizes are still available as they used to be.
But even rear 19" tyres for my Commando are becoming difficult now as well.

Thanks for posting the photos.

Cheers
I forgot to add to that I put the badges on the opposit sides so I didnnt get to like them and remind me that I still need to try and get the originals. ;D ;D

There is a pair on eBay Paul with the Honda wing with 175 underneath, unfortunately I’m on an iPad and have no idea how to copy and paste a link but the description reads For Honda ca175, cd175, cb175 K0, cl175 K0, fuel tank emblem l/r brand new, if that helps. They are repros but I suppose trying to find new genuine is asking a bit much these days.

Thanks Ken but at that price for repro's and £15 postage I'll let him keep them ;)

Wasn't those I saw Paul, took me a while to find, even searching for the exact wording didn't find it. However typing in CD175 tank badges in Google did for some strange reason.

These may be ok, I'm not sure, certainly cheaper than the one above. They have a very strange font on the Honda logo and a weird way of crossing the H in Honda. Might be the same as OE, I couldn't say.
