I have just had a shock,

As it turns out, a pleasant shock,

My insurance has reduced by about 1/3rd,

Down from £163 to £117.
Cover the same,

Amazing,

The only difference being I am now a member of the VMCC,

Evidently insurance has gone down this year for some reason.

My 1300 fully comp was £82. Cheapest it's ever been.

It might e connected to Covid less traffic folk working from home etc & fewer thefts.

My House Buildings & Contents premium was also less than I paid before our fire - the recent legislation about stopping existing customers getting a poorer deal than online might be the reason as well.

I recieved notice from my insurance broker that Aviva is no longer doing bike insurance so had to inquire to different provider, to my surprise £43 cheaper than last year. £204 fully comp, with breakdown cover for 5 bikes. Happy days!

I'm with Peter James good price as my NCB for a bike had lapsed. I was also able to fix a reasonable value without too much faf.
