Can't find a part number for vent pipe bracket on 400?
« on: April 13, 2022, 06:17:34 PM »
The metal bracket that holds the two vent pipes does not have a part number in the parts book list I have. Mine is badly rusted can anyone help with a part number or alternative.
Current mine is in a jar of Evaporust - trying to save it.

Any chance of a picture. Not quite sure what you mean by a vent pipe. Engine breather or something to do with the air intake side of things?

It's the pair of fuel vents next to the main fuel pipe inlet to the cards I asked a routing question that was answered with a photo from Laverdaroo I think it was but the post has gone. I'll try to attach a photo shortly.

I think they originally came as part of the part number for the pipes themselves Ted. There is the little metal part you are referring to and a plastic plate that the tubes thread through to hold them together.
