it must have been painted in the 70's ..... by a visually impaired hippie with paint he found after the circus left town.

I mean....whoever did it had odd tastes.....but there is a lot of work gone into painting that. Many metal flakes, leather tooled seat cover, side panel badge ..er...on the engine....

I think the owner was a barber, judging by the choice of handlebar grips

I also reckon the reg plate must be worth something ... DUM
