CB550 tank spring

Hi all,

has anybody got one of these lurking anywhere that they want rid of? My tank didnt come with one on so hard to lift once the catch it disengaged. I've a new lock for it fitted but just need the spring...............Anybody?

Do you mean one of these ? Had loads of new ones in stock from my old CX days, all sold before xmas. Have this secondhand one.

Hiya Trigg, no mate its the actual spring that fixes to the two bolts that hold the fuel flap on to force the lid up once the lock is disengaged, hang on and I'll get a piccy up but have to move to my phone............a minute.

Seen one, may have given it away since i see it last, could be still hiding but, i can not find it .
Found 3 electrical plates though  :o
