Mines beyond plating as it’s so badly pitted, had a go at it today but given up, I’d rather just get a better one.

I've got a gold one somewhere, I kid you not. No idea where I got it from. I'll see what condition it's in. The cover that came off my engine was awful, rat piss and chrome just don't mix. I bought a really nice second hand one. It might be one of the parts that doesn't get rechromed it's that good.
