Getting hot under the seat
« on: August 07, 2022, 05:48:08 PM »
Hi All

When riding in the recent hot weather the front seat area where I sit gets very hot. I've only had the bike since last October and so not ridden in this extreme heat and wonder if this could be contributing to it?

I had a problem with fuelling/carbs which was sorted this week, but that didn't seem to change the heat on the ride home.

Any ideas?

500 or 550? The 550 vents to the airbox under where you sit, the 500 vents to atmosphere. Could be that.
Kids in a the back seat cause accidents.
