Stanford Hall today (yarn and pictures) Part 1
« on: May 30, 2010, 06:32:42 PM »
Okey dokey do you have a beer and and sitting comfortably

Today dawned bright and breezy here in St Neots and that was just my trousers! ;D

I set off on the mighty Honda for the Classic Club Show at Stanford Hall, located where the M1, M6 and A14 all meet up. The ride up was awful as the famous A14 headwind was in effect, I was knackered at around halfway.

On arrival and after disposing of a coffee and a burger (overpriced of course) it was time to wave the camera about.

Here are some blotchy pics

Nice Sandcast (is that right?)

A Brace CB350's (a twin and a four)

The CX Turbo club was there

An RE5 and it looked used too

The RD club had a good display

Great H2 (lurve that colour)

Even G550's are getting restored

I'll do a slideshow later that will include some British and Italian stuff too.

Great pictures , i think the 1st Honda is a K2 not sand cast, i mknow what you mean about driving in to the wind, quite often the m25 is like that and it kills the whole enjoyment of riding, and makes the mpg very poor, lookforward to more pics

An X-75 Hurricane...

They're worth almost as much as a Sandcast!
