Cylinder head studs
« on: October 07, 2022, 07:16:28 PM »
Is it correct that my 1978 F2 will have longer cylinder head studs to help remedy the oil weeping issue of earlier (?) models?

Don’t put them the wrong way up either of it’ll spit oil out too, I did just that on my rebuild as it appeared the longer thread should be in the case area not the cylinder head. Doh! Removed and fitted them the other way up and No Leaks 👹😱👍
