I'd spray a light mist of easy start or butane or carb cleaner by aircleaner and give it a whirl, if it fires up then you at least know it's down to fuel. I've found the k3 carbs are a right swine for starting, try a gentle tap with a small hammer or screwdriver handle against the carbs as floats have been known to stick closed and you may well find a bit of choke will be needed even in summer, my k3 always demanded choke. on the plus side k3 carbs are more economical than the rest of the range.
