Mechanics for clutch and cam chain replacement?

I am looking for a company or good motorcycle mechanic who specialises in stripping down a CB750F1 engine.

I am located in the north of Scotland but I am willing to travel anywhere in Scotland, although the further north the better.

Hopefully someone here can point me in the right direction.
