I’d say 100% yes.

FWIW I saw a bike last week & felt certain it was a Honda CB500 with the four pipes - it turned out to be a Kwaka of some sort?
Honda CB500 K1 (new pit dug out ready)
Honda CB400 four super sport (first money pit)

The front forks appear to have more rake than is actually the case, like it’s an artists impression.

I remember using Photoshop to cut out images from photos (pixel by pixel).

As you can see, wire wheels were impossible.

Your phone will do it for you now…

As Steve noted, it looks like it's been "clipped" from original some time ago (or someone is diligently replicating that element) from having wheels with no separation between background.

Looks like a studio shot with wire in the scarf, spoke/wheels static else you wouldn't see them in image, has large rear light and small/no number plate, USA bike? Just rotated image to make it look like it's lifting front wheel.

May have been originally shot on black and white film as colour of tank records differently within different film response and shows very light here.

He's from Nigeria so the bikes original supply country could be anywhere.
Also reminded me that I have the 12-Tops album with an early CB750 diecast on it (free of charge  from a mate from a house clearance) but I never did buy the 500 four one .. Anyway it's sorted as of 5 minutes ago for £5.88 inc. post  ;D

That is an actual bit of thread hanging from the 750 girls hot pants ...not a scratch on the cover ;D

I like the photographs from that period Ash, a bit bit cheesy (product and image) but quite good representation of that time.

Some good images on USA magazines at the time too

They had better repro than UK publishers then with nice quality printing.  I guess California just looks better than a very damp Kettering with Mick Woollet in waxed wet weather gear too  ;D

Found an early pic of the Nomad album rider in his youth too

Europe didn't have the CB550(K0), CB550K1 or the CB550K2. The front brake shroud was on  the CB500K2 - all models - onwards.

Can't be 100 % certain but may have the larger clocks that the K2 500 had.

They are. They're more tilted towards the rider.
