I have a NOS one but I've got to warn you, it won't be cheap. I paid a lot for it from the USA.

It all makes sense now, the one fitted is off the 500 four hence has the small holes. I have just sourced the bits to complete mine which took a while, i do have the spare one off a 550 k1/k2 which is identical in shape to yours but has the bigger hole, used on USA market.
Love the 500 and 550 have a 500 called Lazarus under restoration

Personally I’d keep that and find the correct stems and rubbers to fit rather than the other way around.
