Not a bad price for a decent CD175A sloper project plus a CB160 that isn't

Don't know too much about 6v systems, a little bit before my time. Can a 6v battery turn a starter motor on a engine that has high compression mate ?

Yes definitely .. just a lot more current needed. My CB92 has 6v system with electric start.
