No, nothing else will be fitted until its in and yes I have a tacho seal somewhere.

For the moment Ill leave as is. Depends on how the back end looks, I can fit a hoop if it doesn't work out.

Moving along nicely. Only real issue has been lack of parts which is stretching the budget somewhat.
Im pressing on with the 550 clutch conversion but its been "challenging".

Have a load of the rubbers Gary but, i have two different types at different lengths. I know one is 500/550 F1,F2  the others are 550K3 but can not remember which is which mate. Do you have the old ones to measure up ?

The distance from manifold to ruler edge is 24mm if this helps.

Look at the second picture and you will see the end two are slightly higher. The picture is of the middle ones that fit 2&3.
