Folding moped anyone?!

This isn't something I've seen before. My initial thought was 'wow, I want it....and I could hide it in the garage so the boss doesn't see it etc etc..', Then I looked at the single bolt that stops it from bending in the middle and thought that maybe it's not such a good idea!
