I might be totally confused here but I thought I meet you at Crich Show a couple of years ago - you had a very tidy Yellow CB400 IIRC.

I chatted with you for a few minutes I thought you were a retired vicar who had a 400 - you assured me you were never a man of the cloth but soeone on here is!!

Clearly I have the bike colour & model confused with another member - possibly Smoothoperator Steve who I also met not forgetting Nurse Julie & Graham.

I took some photos of bikes & some owners so will have a trawl in the archives it would have been 2022 as I was unwell last year.

It's probably John, Hondrc166, he has a yellow 400/4 and goes to Crich each year.

Yes the clamps  look much better than my old ones - it certainly looks good value compared to Busso & DS systems.

Impressed with that Ted, wasn’t sure if everything would be included. Be very interested to hear of the fit! Unfortunately I have a new set from DS acouple of months ago.

I had  stalled the exhaust purchase until March 2024 but due to the Delkevic launch price I have managed to afford them this month otherwise it would have been a DS buy.

Just a case of serendipity tbh.

Launch price? Does that mean the price is going to go up soon?

I don’t really need one for at least a couple of months but I’ll get it now if the price is going up.

Launch price is just a guess really - I just decided buy it now whilst the price is acceptable.

Delkevic stuff is good isn't it, I was very impressed with my 550 exhaust when it arrived at Christmas.  It is owned by DK isn't it?

Mr Google says DK has them made in China in a factory DK owns - as are a lot of things sold in the UK & USA.https://www.thekettleclub.com/magazines/94-flex-flier.pdf

Always wondered, what is the purpose of the link pipe between the top and bottom pipes near the ends?
