Hi All,
Thanks for the information.
I now know I joined the right group.
Yoshi823 I will need 6 front bolts 125mm long x 8mm tread and 6 rear bolts 145mm long x 8mm tread (had to cut all of them off to get the barrel off), don't know if this is do-able. if it is, I can cad up a working drawing for you. And the $64000 question, how much.

Ok Paul (Paull?), now that I have the sizes i'll see what can be done.

When you reassemble the engine, use dome nuts on the cylinder head studs as this will stop the corrosion. When I had to have the head off the wife's 550F2 the nuts were so corroded I had to hammer on some reasonable Imperial sockets then use an impact driver to loosen them as the standard nuts just rounded off. As domed nuts were used on my 750F2 it seemed like a good idea to use them on the 550 as well.

I'll let you know about some sort of cost when I have made sure that I can supply what you ask for, but it should be a quick reply sometime tomorrow lunchtime.
