Carb balancing in Newcastle area??

Hi,

Can anyone point me in the direction of the best place to take my 400 to balance/service the carbs?

Not any more, its over 35 years since i went to Southshields Tech. One thing is that as an ex mechanic nobody in their right mind will do just the carbs they will want to do points. timing, tappets and camchain at a minimum as all those affect the carb balance

I am not averse to having the whole thing looked over...its been off the road for a while and needs setting up...I have just not got the time to do it justice...hence the message...

What i suggest you do is look on Yell.com for motorcycle dealers/breakers and try and find a local smallish one but dont forget they will charge by the hour and it ain't cheap!!
