CB550 for magazine article

Hi all,

I'm looking for a nice tidy CB550 for a 550 comparison feature in Practical Sports Bikes magazine. We'd want to ride and photograph it along with a Suzuki GS550 and a Kawasaki Z550 (so if anyone knows anyone who's got one of those, I'd love to hear from them too). We'd need to have the bikes for a couple of days ideally - but one full day at least and we'd probably be able to pick up and deliver your bike if that makes things easier. We are fully insured and use professional bike couriers for pick ups and deliveries. Of course, if you fancy bringing your bike up to a photoshoot yourself, we'd love to meet you.

550 comparison feature in Practical Sports Bikes magazine

 Are people still interested in which was the best late 70's 550, most allready know and have the appropiate bike for their requirements.

 Its been done before numerous times anyway, and with the internet the literature is all available. Here is an example of a great test. I'm sure Motorcyle Mechanics did one not that long ago aswell.

My 550F2 left this morning for sunny Peterborough.

It was running a bit rough so watch out for the "looks good but came last" feature...

Look forward to reading about it / seeing the piccies in WHSmith. Not sure about that mag. though, great 'bikes in it but I've never been even remotely tempted to buy it (although if they are offering you royalties I might chip in ....!)  I think it feels a bit like a comic.
