Hi everyone,
Could anyone tell me the spec. for fork oil please. not in the manual(well I can't find it anyway)

Yes it was hard to find.
CB350 125cc of Automatic Transmission Fluid (ATF)
CB400/500/550 160cc of SAE 10W- 30 oil

Page 175 in my Clymer manual.

Now corrected - should have been page 175 (must find my glasses soon  :-[)

But that was before you could buy specific fork oil! Use 20w fork oil mate

Is that 160cc in each leg, or 80cc in each =160cc total?

I have a Haynes manual and could not find any reference in that.
Will go for the 20w I think.
