I have one similar to this  and it is very easy to use.   I used it for my race bikes  all the time.  changing from slick to wets  when didn't have spare rims.   Give you at tip.   get some good tyre soap.  with a brush.  and good pair of levers  and rim guards. this is the one I use.  I know its not the same as above   but  just as easy to use  and is only  about  £40.00

yeah  make sure you take the valve out of the tyre before you do anything,   then put the wheel on the change   put the blade in behind the wheel rim.  and put down on the lever.   turn the wheel  about quarter turn  do the same  until the tyre bead drops  then turn the wheel over  do same    ..  once this is done  if work between  9 and 3  as a clock face.  it is easier  press tyre into centre of rim. around the 9 O clock     and  use lever  to lever tyre over rim at the 3 O clock.  keep working aroung the tyre until  the bead on that side if of the rim.   the go back to the same process.  and lift the tyre  and start to lever the lower bead  over.  only practice  will help you more  and realy find your own technique.

struggle with the last third.    use loads of  soap.  even use the blade on tyre changer  to help.
