have also tried Fowlers, CMSNL, and that german lot that sell via ebay, John Olfield and Harpers of Cowley with no joy. There are some in america but import duties and legth of delivery time put me off that route

Hi,
I know some will cringe but in the old days its not the first time but buy the next size if available and file them down to size.
All the racing mechanics I knew did this without problems.
Cheers

you will not have to pay import on anything  fro  0-135 Quid  if I remember...   but you will have to pay import  VAT   that's on everything  new or old.    I got all my electrics for my K3   including generator and cover,   elect plate   switch gears  etc
and only had to pay £25.00 import  VAT

Sorry forgot to add you can only do this with one piece oil rings which I have always prefered

last time I ordered anything form the states the import duties doubled the cost and it took over 6 months after getting hijacked at customs :( .. not gong down that route again if I can elp it
