Found this in a box marked Honda but I dont know which model.Can anyone hazard a guess which one?

Just seen one on ebay and they say its off a 1982 model.
Excuse my ignorance but 1980 bikes I do not know.
Can someone tell me?

Looks like 750 F1/2 or 400 depending on tube diameter. Giveaway is the mounting bolts for the ignition switch and rubber grommets for the headlamp bracket.
