With all those performance goodies you may well have to rejet significantly.
First check that all four choke butterflies are working as it is not unknown for these to jam (or even to have been reassemble incorrectly
) If they don't all close, starting will be difficult even in standard form.
Acc pumps were fitted on the later carbs to aid quick (snap) throttle performance as the carbs were leaned out so much that snapping open the throttle would cause the engine to bog.
