Don't know .... I was going to ask the same question as I have a 5 litre tin of black (purchased about 5 years ago) waiting for my CB250K0 frame, which needs thinning with 1 part thinners to spray. I think the thinners is also described on the tin as being brush cleaner too. There is a HS Data sheet on it on the Net, from a few years ago, so if they don't sell the correct stuff any more, can always concoct something similar.

I think the brush on version is thinner than it used to be, but still quite usable.

I've just used brush-on smooth satin black,on brake disc centre.
It's good stuff. :
