Hello
« on: March 05, 2014, 05:34:48 PM »
Hi there another new face to the fold. I started life on a Honda MT50 before progressing to a Suzuki GP100. Then I got myself a Suzuki GS550 which I spent a year on touring around Australia, sheer bliss. Then back to reality in the UK and used a Kawazaki KE175, great fun before falling into the clutches of four wheels. So it is now time to get back on the road and having admired the 400-4 it is time to find a runner and make friends with some spanners and socket sets. I look forward to your replies to my daft questions and hope to meet some of you on the road soon. Also if anyone knows of a bike going in the Warwickshire area I would love to hear from you, in the mean time I have an eye on eBay etc.

Cheers
Greg

Welcome Greg, i had a KE 175 when i was younger. I found it in the canal, dried it out, quick service and away it went. The police couldn't be bothered picking it up after i reported it, so rode it round the fields. Enjoy.

Hi, I have a relative of the ke in the shed, my kh125 was my first ever bike, I graduated to cb550 and 500's after passing my test. I've had a few other bikes but the kh125 and 500/4 sidecar outfit are the ones that will always stay.
Got a 500/4 with rust and a sidecar and loadsa bits. nice and original and been round the clock

Hi.
Welcome to the forum.
Having only recently joined this forum myself, I can tell you there's loads of friendly guys and loads of interesting discussion.
I've just got a CB400F myself, and I think you'll be in for a treat if you find a good 'un.
Makes a perfect step up in power from bikes I've had before, and it perfectly suits the 60mph national speed limit over here in NZ.
